- Proactively seek opportunities to engage in customer focused home financing conversations, with a goal of bringing new customers to BMO
* l# J5 M; e2 g  w- Establish and enhance BMO’s presence in the community
2 Q5 Z- [+ B% ^0 }- Identify leading-edge tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of mortgage business
0 Y2 _1 E% D- i2 I5 j- Proactively contact realtors/referral sources identified through the creation of national partnerships and/or create local partnerships
7 E: \, W  B! c8 N( x! s3 E' y- Receive dedicated coaching, leadership support and a lending coach
/ a' O7 r! i# t  ]0 A- Receive credit approval team and credit escalation team support
- Have access to marketing, sales and social media support
