Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
4 R. |( o2 v4 G; f/ m/ [/ l) L0 v·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
9 u5 r- x8 q: r7 q' M% f. B# D* M/ V7 Y·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
3 k  n$ x: q/ |( c·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
- A9 T$ @3 T) L- k·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
·         Health care workers.
