· Ability to work independently under strict deadlines, with an attention to detail and output orientation · Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and balance multiple tasks · Superior business writing skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills · Excellent spreadsheet and financial analysis skills · Analytical and strong quantitative skills · Ability to balance multiple tasks · Service orientation and professional attitude at all times · Demonstrated interest in capital markets – comfortable with finance theory · Able to sell ideas · High attention to detail · High levels of accuracy · Strong preference for finance and business qualifications – must be comfortable working with financial statements · Designations such as CFA or CA/CPA would be an asset · Proficient working knowledge of Bloomberg
